1. 3-5 years experience managing multi-unit (5 units or more) restaurants as an owner and/or operator.
2. Minimum financial net worth of $5 million and liquid assets of $800,000.
3. A minimum development agreement of three locations.
4. An understanding of the development area’s trade and growth expectations.
5. Solid real-estate acumen within the area selected for development.
6. A dedicated operating partner with 100% of his time allocated to Costa Vida restaurant operational oversight.
7. An expectation for rapid unit growth and market saturation with resources allocated to that growth.
